       A powerful cyclone with heavy rain and hail is approaching Tatarstan. According to meteorologists' forecasts, up to a month's worth of precipitation will fall within a day, and the wind will strengthen to twenty meters per second.

       A storm warning has been issued in the Republic of Tatarstan due to the approach of an active cyclone, which will bring a sharp and significant deterioration in weather conditions. As reported by RBC, citing data from the Hydrometeorological Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, heavy and prolonged rains are expected during the day on July 17 and the night of July 18, with local downpours, thunderstorms, and gusty winds of up to fifteen to twenty meters per second, with localized hail possible. According to preliminary calculations by meteorologists, during this period, the amount of precipitation in the prevailing areas of the republic may range from twenty to sixty millimeters, which corresponds to thirty to one hundred percent of the monthly norm, with the greatest impact of the elements expected in the southern regions. Fog is forecasted in some areas during the night and morning of July 17. Nighttime temperatures will drop to plus ten to sixteen degrees, while daytime temperatures on Friday will not rise above plus sixteen to twenty-one degrees. On the day of July 18, as the cyclone moves eastward, precipitation will only persist in some areas, and by Sunday, the weather will begin to improve: the rains will stop, and the air will warm up to plus twenty-two to twenty-seven degrees. On Monday, temperatures will rise to thirty. It was reported the day before that the number of cybercrimes in Tatarstan decreased by forty-three percent in the first six months of this year, but the damage still exceeded 2 billion rubles.
