Open dialogue on HIV prevention for young rugby players
Yesterday, a preventive meeting dedicated to HIV infection issues took place at the Republican Rugby Sports School. Epidemiologist Ilya Rachkov from the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Center for AIDS Prevention and Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan" conducted a lecture in an open dialogue format.
During the meeting, participants discussed the main ways of HIV transmission, modern prevention methods, and dispelled common myths associated with the infection. Special attention was paid to the importance of a responsible attitude towards one's health, timely examinations, and reliable sources of information.
The open dialogue format allowed the participants to freely ask questions of interest and receive qualified answers. This approach contributes to the formation of a conscious attitude towards health and helps young people make informed decisions in the future.
The State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Center for AIDS Prevention and Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan" thanks the leadership of the Republican Rugby Sports School for their cooperation and attention to youth health preservation issues.
