The manager of the SFR branch in the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Vafin, noted that the proactive format for issuing certificates has been in effect in the republic since 2020, and during this time it has proven its effectiveness and convenience for thousands of families. Just in 2026, 7,174 electronic certificates were issued in this way, confirming the high demand for the application-free format of receiving state support.
