After receiving official confirmation from "Avtodor," the issue has been finally resolved at the federal level, the press service of the parliamentarian told Tatar-inform. Earlier, on July 19, the head of the Nizhnekamsk district of Tatarstan Radmir Belyaev announced the introduction of a preferential system and thanked Morozov for the joint work. At that time, the operation of a specialized window at the MFC was also announced. "Special thanks go to the head of the Nizhnekamsk district for the joint work and support. It was the united position of the municipality and the federal deputy that allowed this issue to be brought to the federal level and achieve a solution," Morozov stated.

      The deputy also emphasized that he would keep the situation under control and work on issues concerning the residents of Nizhnekamsk. The bypass of Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny, stretching 81 km in Tatarstan, was opened via video link in December 2024 by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. This section of the M-12 was originally built for paid operation as part of the formation of a unified corridor Moscow – Yekaterinburg – Tyumen within the framework of the national project "Safe Quality Roads."
