The evidence collected by the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan has been recognized by the court as sufficient for the sentencing of a 39-year-old resident of the Kaybitsky district, found guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
The investigation and the court established that on March 20, 2026, in the village of Malye Memy, Kaybitsky district, a conflict occurred between the convicted person and his brother, who were in a state of alcoholic intoxication, during which the offender stabbed his relative in the chest with a knife. As a result of the bodily injuries sustained, the man died at the scene.
The court sentenced the offender to 6 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.
