New schools, a polyclinic, and the "Zakazanye" park: how the Vysokogorsky district is developing

      The results of the implementation of the people's program over the past five years and plans for further development were discussed at the municipal forum "Working for Results!", which took place in the Vysokogorsky district. The forum was attended by State Duma Deputy Rustam Kalimullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights under the President of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev, representatives of enterprises, public organizations, and residents of the district. The main report was delivered by the head of the Vysokogorsky district, Ravil Khisamutdinov. According to him, the main criterion for evaluating work remains the real changes that residents feel. "Today, life in the municipality does not stop for a minute. Large construction projects are being implemented in the district: a children's clinic of the Central District Hospital is being built, new buildings for the Kurkachinskaya and Usadskaya schools are being constructed, the improvement of the "Zakazanye" park continues, and a registry office and a district House of Culture are being built," noted the head of the district.

      In recent years, the educational infrastructure in the municipality has significantly expanded. The network now includes 72 institutions. Schools No. 5 and No. 6 have been built in Vysokaya Gora, a school and kindergarten in the Chernyshevsky and Semyozersky settlements, educational institutions in Iske-Kazani, and new kindergartens in the residential complex "Atmosphere" and the village of Estachi. This year, the major repairs of Usadskaya and Kurkachinskaya schools, as well as the kindergarten "Petushok," continue.

      The modernization of the healthcare system is ongoing. Major repairs are being carried out at the children's clinic of the Central District Hospital, and new feldsher-midwife stations are being opened. For residents of remote villages, the "Mobile Clinic" project operates, allowing narrow specialists to provide consultations. The population screening plan has been completed by 94.5%.

      Great attention is paid to the development of communal infrastructure. Thanks to the construction of new water supply networks and treatment facilities, including biological treatment facilities in Shapshy, thousands of families have received quality and stable water supply.

      Significant changes have also occurred in the area of landscaping. More than 100 courtyard territories have been updated under the "Our Yard" program. The reconstruction of the "Zakazanye" park continues, and the Victory Park has been completely renovated. In recent years, modern glamping sites, a football arena, a youth center "Impulse," a teenage club "Titan," and a children's camp "Koster" have also appeared in the district.

      The agro-industrial complex is also developing. The largest agricultural enterprises in the district - "Spear and Hammer," "Tatarstan," "Biryuli," and others - are building housing for employees, updating equipment, and expanding production. In 2026, the construction of a new road to the livestock complex of LLC "Bitaman" is planned to be completed.

      Special attention at the forum was paid to supporting participants of the special military operation and their families. The contribution of local residents who actively participate in the collection and dispatch of humanitarian aid was noted. "We have even more ambitious tasks ahead for the development of the district. I am convinced that only together, relying on the cohesion and support of our fellow countrymen, can we bring all our planned projects to life," emphasized Ravil Khisamutdinov. At the end of the forum, participants discussed further development priorities for the district and the implementation of new projects aimed at improving the quality of life for residents.
