In total, in the first half of 2026, small and medium-sized businesses in the manufacturing, tourism, information, and communications sectors attracted almost 112 billion rubles in borrowed financing using the tools of the National Guarantee System, operated by the SME Corporation. Support was provided as part of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." The availability of various financing tools gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to effectively implement investment projects, improve production processes, introduce new technologies, and create jobs. As a result, a solid foundation is formed for the sustainable development of the economy of the region and the country.
