      Russian society has become more resilient to information pressure in recent years, and countering external manipulations requires not only restrictive measures but also the development of digital literacy, experts from Tatarstan believe. Among the key factors of resilience, they named internal unity, the development of indigenous technologies, and the preservation of historical and cultural identity. State Duma deputy from Tatarstan, member of the State Duma Committee on Competition Protection, and member of the Commission for Ensuring Citizens' Housing Rights Aidar Metshin noted that attempts to divide Russian society, in his opinion, lead to the opposite result. He believes that the multinational nature of Russia has historically instilled in its residents the habit of uniting in the face of external threats and perceiving differences as a source of strength. Metshin also stated that Russians have become better at recognizing manipulative information. According to him, over the years of information pressure, even an unprepared audience has learned to distinguish reliable information from fakes, and many new attempts at manipulation are already perceived skeptically by people. As an example, the deputy cited the fight against remote fraud. He stated that the state has gradually developed mechanisms to protect citizens: call labeling has been introduced, additional security systems have emerged, and the State Duma has adopted initiatives regarding a cooling-off period for issuing loans, self-bans on obtaining them, and regulating the sale of SIM cards. Metshin also noted that at the beginning of the special military operation, some foreign observers expected the economic situation in Russia to worsen; however, the continued operation of enterprises, filled stores, and technological development showed that these expectations were not justified. The deputy believes that information confrontation is also an area in which Russia is achieving success. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Munir Gafiyatullin named the preservation of political sovereignty as one of the main symbols of modern Russia. In his opinion, the country has demonstrated a willingness to sacrifice part of its economic benefits for independence in decision-making. Gafiyatullin believes that the sanctions pressure aimed at weakening the Russian economy has simultaneously accelerated the restructuring of logistics chains and the development of domestic production. He also noted that Russia is betting on traditional values and historical continuity against the backdrop of cultural and social conflicts in Western countries. The expert separately highlighted historical memory and the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. According to him, May 9 remains an important part of Russia's national identity, and references to the legacy of Victory are used in modern social and political discourse as a symbol of the fight against Nazism. Another factor Gafiyatullin mentioned is the internal consolidation of society. In his opinion, contrary to predictions of a possible split, external pressure has contributed to the growth of patriotic sentiments and the cohesion of political and social forces. At the same time, the expert emphasized that the notion of Russia's symbolic superiority cannot be reduced to a comparison of economic or social indicators. He considers the preservation of one's own identity under external pressure to be paramount. Gafiyatullin also noted that such an assessment primarily relates to the ethical and cultural sphere and is perceived differently in different countries, reflecting the intensification of competition among various social narratives. Member of the Public Chamber of Russia from Tatarstan, advisor to the Chairman of the FSCO "Dynamo" RT, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, and Honored Coach of Russia Olga Pavlova also believes that Russian society has become more resilient to information pressure. According to her, people are more often checking sources, comparing facts, and understanding that information attacks are one of the tools of modern geopolitical confrontation. At the same time, Pavlova emphasized that information immunity cannot be formed solely through prohibitions. Its development requires trust between society and the state, open communication, timely informing of citizens, and increasing digital literacy. She also named protection against cyber fraud and improving mechanisms to counter the spread of false information as equally important directions. Speaking about Tatarstan, Pavlova noted the development of high-tech industries, digital government services, sports and social infrastructure, as well as the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. In her opinion, such practical results and the training of engineering personnel strengthen public trust in the region's development more than declarative statements.

      Pavlova named the main advantage of Russia as the ability to maintain internal unity, develop its own technologies, and rely on scientific, cultural, and human potential. In her opinion, these factors form the foundation of national sovereignty and sustainable development of the country under external pressure.
