Educators will be able to attend workshops on modern teaching methods, working with children with ADHD, burnout prevention, and interaction with parents for free. Over five days, teachers will have the opportunity to attend workshops and meet practicing educators and experts in the field of education, the event organizers report. Practicing educators, psychologists, and education experts will share their experiences. Among the speakers are honored teachers of the Republic of Tatarstan, honorary workers in the field of education, candidates of pedagogical sciences, as well as experienced methodologists and mentors with the highest qualification category. Among the speakers is the honored teacher of Tatarstan Alexey Rusakov, who will talk about developing mathematical motivation in elementary school students, as well as educators from the "Socrates of the Future" Academy of Education, Olga Kazakova, Nadezhda Petukhova, and Anastasia Arsentyeva. They will conduct workshops on practical ecology studies, working with children with ADHD, and issues of humane pedagogy. According to the organizers, the idea for the festival grew out of the work of a pedagogical laboratory that had already been operating at the school. The project aims to support teachers, create a professional community, and help young specialists feel more confident in their profession. All participants will receive certificates and will also be able to join the pedagogical club "Pedagogical Beacon."
