Young Laish residents celebrated the birthday of the traffic light with a game and benefits.

      On International Traffic Light Day, a themed event on road safety took place at the "Beryozka" kindergarten in Laishево.

      An interactive performance "Pedestrians" was organized for children of all age groups on a big screen. The plot of the performance was structured in such a way as to reinforce children's knowledge of traffic rules in an engaging and playful manner. Together with the main characters—a cheerful hedgehog and a kind dog—the kids recalled the meaning of traffic light signals, types of pedestrian crossings, and the algorithm for safely crossing the roadway. The interactive segments of the performance particularly captivated the young audience. The children eagerly completed game tasks, danced to music, and actively helped the characters deal with traffic situations. This form of work not only attracts attention but also helps to remember important rules for a long time. Additionally, during the event, rules of behavior in the forest were discussed. Educators and performers reminded the children how to behave in nature to avoid getting lost and to protect the environment. Thus, the performance "Pedestrians" became another step in forming a culture of safe behavior among preschoolers in the city and beyond.

      The younger group also reinforced their knowledge of the meanings of traffic light signals and reviewed road behavior rules. They created bright and beautiful traffic lights out of plasticine, which now decorate the premises.
