A meeting of the working group of the Operational Headquarters for Ensuring Sustainable Economic Development of the Republic took place in Tatarstan.

      In Tatarstan, a meeting of the working group was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, dedicated to issues of ensuring the uninterrupted operation of enterprises and organizations in the Laishevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting, a set of measures aimed at identifying systemic problems in the work of local enterprises and developing proposals for their resolution was considered. The economy of the Laishevsky municipal district accounts for 1.5% of the total economy of Tatarstan, with the share of industry reaching 19.7%. The industrial production index for the first half of 2026 was 107.8%, indicating positive dynamics. Special attention was paid to investment activity. The volume of investments in fixed capital for January-March 2026 amounted to 35.87 billion rubles, allowing the district to take third place in this indicator in the republic. Midkhat Shagiakhmetov emphasized the need to optimize the processes of providing municipal services, including by expanding the use of electronic services. “It is necessary to strengthen the work on providing municipal services in electronic form, to inform businesses and the population about existing opportunities to receive services without personal visits to the authorities at any convenient time,” the minister emphasized. The share of small businesses in the district's economy is 30.7% and ranks third in the growth rate of small and medium-sized enterprises. The municipality faces the task of strengthening its leadership position in the regional ranking through structural transformations and increasing entrepreneurial activity. The minister also set the task of providing industrial sites with human resources to minimize the risks of pendulum migration and attract residents engaged in production activities. Participants in the working group were invited to organize work to identify factors affecting the financial stability of the organizations under their supervision, as well as to ensure control over the fulfillment of financial and economic indicators. The importance of systematic daily work to ensure the stable functioning of enterprises was emphasized. The district leadership and enterprises were offered comprehensive support for the successful implementation of the planned initiatives.
