For this purpose, 300 million rubles will be allocated from the republican budget, according to the tender posted on the state procurement portal. According to the documentation, the contractor will be required to carry out construction and installation work, modernize engineering and technical systems, and improve the adjacent territory. In addition, the contract includes the purchase of equipment, furniture, and inventory. The completion of the major renovation is planned by December 1, 2027. The customer for the work is the State Institution "Glavstroy RT." The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan confirmed to "BUSINESS Online" that the agency's building is set for a major renovation. They clarified that specific decisions regarding the organization of work will be made after the completion of the bidding, and the ministry's activities will remain unchanged during the renovation.
