In most regions, any noise is completely prohibited on Sundays and official holidays. Exceptions are often made only for new buildings in the first year and a half. On Saturdays, repair work is allowed, but within a shortened time frame — from 10 AM to 7 PM. A break for a "quiet hour" during the day is mandatory, usually from 1 PM to 3 PM. Specific time frames should always be checked against local noise laws. If neighbors persistently violate these rules, the deputy advises not to engage in open conflict but to call the police immediately. Administrative fines for such violations are quite substantial. For those who systematically rent out apartments for noisy parties, civil liability is also provided.
