The specialists of "KAMAZ" became prize winners of the "MoloT" project of the Volga Federal District.

      As a result of the final of the "MoloT" project for the working youth of the Volga Federal District, specialists from PAO "KAMAZ" took third place in the intellectual game "Quiz". The team of working youth from Tatarstan, which included KAMAZ employees, finished fourth in the overall team standings. The event took place from August 5 to 9 in Perm. The "MoloT" project (Youth Labor) started in 2025 under the patronage of the authorized representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov. Participation in it allows specialists from industrial enterprises aged 18 to 35 to develop teamwork skills, express themselves in sports, intellectual and creative fields, as well as strengthen professional and interregional ties. In 2026, the project had five areas, including 15 disciplines, for which winners were determined among 14 regions of the Volga Federal District. The Tatarstan team took fourth place in the overall team standings. The top three leaders were the Udmurt Republic, Perm Krai, and Penza Oblast. KAMAZ employees contributed to the republic's result by taking third place in the intellectual game "Quiz". Four specialists from KAMAZ were part of the Tatarstan team: leading design engineers from the Scientific and Technical Center, Yegor Kochurov and Artyom Umyarov, head of the bureau of LLC "AutoParts KAMAZ", Kristina Chistova, and leading engineer of LLC "AutoParts KAMAZ", Viktoria Alchina. "I haven't been to such a large-scale event in a long time, and it was great to immerse myself again in this indescribable atmosphere of drive, adrenaline, excitement, and team spirit of competition. It was cool to meet young specialists from different corners of our country and various professions. As for the discipline in which we defended the honor of KAMAZ and Tatarstan, I believe we showed a worthy result. Yes, just 'bronze', but among the strongest teams from 14 regions of the Volga Federal District! The point gap was not that great, and next year we will try to improve our result," commented Artyom Umyarov. "For me, 'MoloT' is no longer just a competition, but an event that you really look forward to. Last year, I came to Perm for the first time and had so many impressions that it was clear after returning: if there is an opportunity, I will definitely participate again," shared Kristina Chistova, who participated in the project for the second time. "To be honest, 'MoloT 2026' turned out to be even cooler than I expected. Several days of competitions, teams from all over the Volga Federal District, new people, constant movement, and a very cool atmosphere. "It's still a bit unusual to realize this – we took third place in the 'Quiz' in the grand project 'MoloT'! For us, this is not just a line in the final table, but a result of teamwork, concentration, and the ability to make quick decisions. During the game, there were questions we answered almost instantly, and moments when we had to discuss options for a long time and trust each other's opinions," said Viktoria Alchina. "Third place is an excellent result; for us, it is also motivation to move forward. We gained valuable experience, tested ourselves in a competitive atmosphere, and understood what we need to work on to fight for first place next time." The participant also noted that there was a great responsibility, as this performance was not only for their team but for the entire delegation of Tatarstan.
