      In Tatarstan, hotels are connecting to the MAX platform, which simplifies guest registration. When checking in, there is no need to fill out forms or present a passport. It is enough to show a QR code from the mobile application — the data will be automatically pulled from the "Gosuslugi" portal. This speeds up service and eliminates errors. From September 1, 2026, this procedure will become mandatory for all hotels with more than 50 rooms. Even in the absence of a passport, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest, confirming their identity through the national application. Hoteliers are provided with technical and methodological support: they set up equipment, train staff, and connect the system to booking services. Among those already connected are "Riviera," "Rechita-Kazan," "Millennium Panorama," the sanatorium "Shifaly su — Izhminvody," and others. The initiative is being developed as part of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality."
