The Rosreestr of Tatarstan has processed more than 340,000 real estate applications since the beginning of the year.

      The share of electronic applications reached 73.5% — this is 10% more than last year. In the first seven months of 2026, the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan received over 340.3 thousand applications for registration and accounting actions with real estate. Of these, 250.3 thousand were submitted electronically — this is 10% more than in the same period of 2025. This was reported by the agency's press service. Of the total number of applications received, 268.1 thousand were directed for the registration of rights, 47.6 thousand for cadastral accounting, and 24.5 thousand for a unified procedure combining accounting and registration. In total, nearly 600.6 thousand rights and accounting actions were registered in seven months. Of these, 133.8 thousand were for residential premises, 110.3 thousand for land plots, and 6 thousand for parking spaces. “The growth of electronic applications confirms that residents of the republic are increasingly choosing a remote format for interaction with Rosreestr. This not only saves time but also increases the convenience of receiving public services. We will continue to develop digital services to make the process of real estate registration even more accessible and transparent,” noted Guzel Akhmetshina, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan. The active implementation of electronic services remains one of the agency's priorities. This aligns with the objectives of the national project "Data Economy" and contributes to improving the quality of public services in the real estate sector. Thanks to digitalization, document processing takes less time, and residents of the republic can track the status of their applications online. The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work on improving services.
