According to the head of the city, Markelov has experience in management and is well acquainted with the municipal economy, including the housing and communal services sector. "We currently face a very large volume of tasks, especially in terms of communal infrastructure and the quality of the urban environment. We need people who know the territory, can work in difficult conditions, take responsibility, and achieve results," noted Fatakhov. He described Markelov's appointment as a strengthening of the municipal team. "We cannot afford to waste strong professional personnel—especially today, when municipalities are competing for qualified specialists," emphasized the mayor.

      Also, a representative of the Committee for the Families of Warriors of the Fatherland in Tatarstan, Natalia Romanishina, has started working in the Bugulminsky district. She will be engaged in supporting military personnel and their families. Fatakhov noted that such work requires constant attention and the ability to provide prompt assistance to families in specific situations. According to him, the presence of a representative directly in the district will make this support more targeted and effective.
