Innopolis University has joined the Russian-Chinese association of universities in the field of advanced technologies.

      The consortium "China-Russia University of Advanced Technologies" (CRUTech) was established on the basis of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University. The agreement to form a network association was signed by the rectors and directors of the universities at the IV International Forum "GROWTH: Russia - China - mutually beneficial cooperation." The initiative to create the consortium "China-Russia University of Advanced Technologies" is based on a memorandum of understanding signed between the government of the Republic of Tatarstan, KFU, the government of Shandong Province (China), and Shandong University. Consortium participants will work on the development and implementation of joint educational programs, including dual degree programs, conduct scientific research and experimental design work, commercialize the results of intellectual activity, and organize conferences, forums, summer and winter schools for students. The universities in the association plan to develop a unified digital platform for the exchange of educational and scientific resources. A total of 30 universities and research organizations from Tatarstan, including Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev - KAI, the Higher School of Oil, Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and others, have received invitations to join the consortium.
