      Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the seventh motorcycle festival “Two Kremlins,” riding an Ural motorcycle from 1 May Square to the Palace of Agriculture. The event, organized by the Moscow motorcycle club “Red Square,” brought together bikers from Russia and friendly countries.

      The festival, timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the Victory, had a military theme: an exhibition of motorcycle equipment from the Great Patriotic War, interactive reenactments and a moto show. The scale of the event is underscored by the fact that it took about 30 minutes for all participants to leave the parking lot.

      Particular attention was paid to safety and professional driving culture. The organizers demonstrated a systematic approach to developing the motorcycle movement, combining celebratory events with an educational component.
