On the Republic Day the application campaign for the annual volunteer award was opened, which this year celebrates its fifth anniversary.
The Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the start of accepting applications for the Republican Volunteer Award "Good Tatarstan". The ceremonial launch of the application campaign took place as part of the Republic Day celebrations with the participation of Minister Rinat Sadykov and activists of the volunteer community. In 2025 the award celebrates its fifth anniversary and introduces two new categories: "Volunteer of the Year in the Field of Inclusion" and "Heroic Deed of the Year". Prizes will be awarded in three main directions: individual volunteers' achievements, team activities and corporate volunteering. Separately determined will be the "Volunteer of the Year of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the best projects in the fields of healthcare, ecology, culture and assistance in the area of the special military operation.
The application campaign will run until September 22 via the specialized platform dobro.ru. An expert council, including representatives of the relevant ministries and leaders of volunteer associations, will assess participants' personal achievements and their contribution to solving social problems. The awards ceremony is planned for the end of the year with the participation of the republic's leadership. Last year the award received 373 applications from all 45 municipal formations of Tatarstan. Winners will have the opportunity to tell about their projects on billboards across the republic as part of an information campaign together with the media group "RIM". The award is part of the implementation of the national project "Youth and Children" and is supported by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
