Nail Magdeev noted that the program has provided a unique opportunity — both the city and the fighters can learn a lot from each other. Therefore, if the servicemen decide to undertake an internship within the administration of Naberezhnye Chelny, all working conditions will be created for them: "You are true patriots who were faithful to the military oath. We hope that our city will become the place where you can gain certain experience. We have the opportunity to share our experience, to tell and show what our city lives by. In turn, we will use your experience and knowledge in our work."

      Recall that the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program is aimed at supporting servicemen participating in the special military operation. About 1,600 people applied for the trials; 90 servicemen were selected. The goal of the program is to form and train a team of promising leaders to fill positions in the system of state and municipal administration, as well as in other spheres. Today the fighters are undergoing training in the public sector of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      "My goal is to help our guys, those like me who return from the zone of the special military operation, and their families. I initially didn't even think that this would take on such a scale," said one of the program participants, Timur Nusratov.
