      A training camp was held in Bugulma, organized by the local Kyokushinkai federation. For the master class, an experienced specialist was invited — coach of the Kyokushinkai division of the “Zay” sports school in Zainsk, Alexey Revin. His visit gave young athletes a unique opportunity to learn from his experience and raise their level of mastery. Kyokushinkai is known as one of the toughest and most demanding styles of karate, where success requires not only excellent physical condition but also serious psychological preparation. It was these two key aspects that were the focus during the training.

      The master class program examined in detail the key technical elements: the correct execution of basic hand and foot strikes, as well as effective defensive techniques. Alexey Revin devoted significant time to personal work with each participant, which made it possible to give valuable recommendations adapted to the individual level of training and the characteristics of each athlete.

      A separate segment of the session was devoted to discussing the principles of developing mental resilience and concentration during a match. These psychological aspects are crucial for achieving high results under competitive pressure.

      The master class held became an important event for the development of Kyokushinkai in the region, allowing local athletes not only to improve their skills but also to gain motivation for further growth and improvement in their chosen martial art.
