Applications are now open to participate in the Volga Youth Forum "Constructive".

      The forum will be held in Kazan from September 25 to 29, 2025.

      The event dedicated to the prevention of radicalism, extremism and terrorist ideology among youth will bring together more than 2,000 participants from 14 constituent entities of the Volga Federal District — both in-person and online. The forum will serve as a platform for discussing current issues of informational, psychological and ideological security. Over five days participants will work on projects, share experiences and develop effective approaches to counter destructive phenomena among young people. The main goal is to strengthen critical thinking skills, increase media literacy and stress resilience, and help young people and professionals recognize and prevent manifestations of bullying, radicalism and extremism. These tasks are directly related to the goals of the national project “Youth and Children.”

      In 2025 participants will be offered a comprehensive program:

      — “Constructive.Learn” — educational sessions featuring more than 40 experts from various regions of Russia: lectures, master classes, trainings and discussions.

      — “Constructive.Act” — a specialized block for regional professionals engaged in the prevention of extremist phenomena.

      — “Constructive.Unconventional” — interactive events in non-standard formats: performances, quests, streams and theatrical productions in museums, parks and cultural spaces of the capital of Tatarstan.

      — “Rosmolodezh.Grants” — an opportunity to take part in the All‑Russian competition and win up to 1 million rubles to implement a social project.

      — Networking — establishing contacts with activists, government representatives, educators and leaders of youth organizations.

      The forum will cover three key thematic platforms:

      1. Digital security — combating fake news, protecting personal data and promoting digital hygiene.

      2. Psychological and ideological resilience — creating a safe environment in families, schools and communities.

      3. Prevention of extremism and bullying — presenting effective practices and tools to counter destructive movements.

      A practical guide featuring the best regional practices will be prepared based on the event results. Participants will receive certificates of course completion or certificates of professional development.

      Young people aged 18 and over, teachers, staff of youth centers, representatives of public organizations, specialists from government bodies and anti-terrorism structures are invited to participate.

      The organizers are the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Anti-Terrorism Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the Tatneft Charitable Foundation.
