In Tatarstan a major fraud case has been sent to court. The Kazan prosecutor’s office approved an indictment against two citizens on charges of embezzling more than 3 million rubles.
The investigation established that in the summer of 2022 the director of TrimSystems LLC, together with a manager, concluded a contract to supply aircraft components with Kazan Aviation Enterprise JSC. The enterprise fully met the terms of the deal and transferred more than 3 million rubles. However, according to the investigation, the defendants never intended to fulfill their obligations and appropriated the received funds.
Now the criminal case of particularly large-scale fraud has been sent to the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan for consideration on the merits, the Prosecutor’s Office of Tatarstan reports.
