Nurlat: storing bulky waste at container sites carries a fine

      With the arrival of autumn, Nurlat residents are actively tidying up residential areas: they clear fallen leaves, tops and other rubbish. However, after cleaning, the collected waste often remains near container sites, which leads to their cluttering and violates sanitary standards.

      The Administrative and Technical Department of the Executive Committee of Nurlat District reminds that, in accordance with the Rules for the Improvement of the City of Nurlat (clause 4.4.7 dated 26.08.2022 No. 73), it is prohibited to place municipal solid waste (MSW) and bulky waste on container sites.

      The wastes prohibited from being stored at common sites include:

      · Construction waste: concrete, bricks, metal, slate.

      · Plant waste: wood residues, logging materials, tops, leaves.

      · Hazardous waste: car tires, batteries, accumulators, mercury lamps, fuels and lubricants.

      · Other waste: animal carcasses, large-sized items from dismantled structures.

      Where should such waste go? For its removal it is necessary to independently arrange transportation to the MSW Landfill. It is required in advance to obtain the appropriate ticket from LLC "UK ZhKH NMR RT".

      Important! Violation of improvement rules entails administrative liability under Article 3.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tatarstan. Citizens face a fine ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 rubles.
