      Volunteers of the Center for Active Longevity regularly hold gatherings – recently they met to prepare tea to send to the fighters of the special military operation – herbal tea, and, as the activists say, above all, made with soul.

      “Of course, because everything beneficial is in this drink – in the filter bags we put the most fragrant herbs from our meadows: St. John’s wort, matreshka, thyme, and mint. Let our guys have the opportunity to drink tasty tea that will surely remind them of home, of the fact that the people of Nurlat do not forget about them for a minute,” shared Center for Longevity activist Fiagul Mustafina.

      Tea days at the Center for Active Longevity are held regularly so that on each trip by volunteers from the “All for Victory Nurlat” fund, along with homemade treats, they can also delight [the recipients] with tasty tea.
