An entertainment eco-complex "Tengre" is planned to be built in Vysokogorsky District of Tatarstan, which may include a "Hobbit Village." This was announced by the project's investor, Marsel Zaripov, at an on-site investment council in the district.
The complex will be located near the village of Aldermysh, 36 kilometers from Kazan. The total area will be 40.5 hectares, and the territory will be entirely car-free. The houses of the "Hobbit Village" will be placed on an elevation, taking into account the natural terrain. In addition, the project includes dome houses for romantic getaways, homes for family trips, and accommodation with an increased level of comfort.
Two artificial lakes will be arranged on the territory: one for fishing with the option to prepare the catch on site, the other for water recreation.
The infrastructure will include two restaurants serving national and European cuisine, cafes, covered venues for events and bathing ceremonies, as well as a spa area with an outdoor heated pool and wellness treatments.
