In Tatarstan, 88% of the housing delivery plan has been completed.

      As of September 20, Tatarstan has completed 88% of its annual housing commissioning plan, amounting to 2.857 million square meters. This was reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin.

      At the meeting, results in various areas of construction were also discussed. In commercial construction only 37% of the plan has been completed, corresponding to 76 apartment buildings with a total area of 616 thousand square meters. In social mortgage housing, 16 of 35 buildings with a total area of 125 thousand square meters are ready (77% of the plan).

      Individual housing construction is showing the highest pace: 15,670 houses with a total area of more than 2.115 million square meters have been commissioned.

      Aizatullin also presented data on industrial injuries. Since the beginning of the year 1,860 inspections have been carried out, resulting in disciplinary measures in 830 cases. The State Construction Supervision Inspectorate conducted 1,244 inspections, issuing 383 orders for administrative liability.

      Aizatullin urged participants in the construction process to strictly comply with the law. Implementation of programs to provide housing for certain categories of citizens continues: contracts have been signed for 450 housing units for orphans.

      In the education sector, 13 facilities are under construction, including eight schools that are 82% complete. In healthcare, 53 institutions are being built, of which three remain unfinished.

      The modernization of engineering networks is being carried out within the framework of federal and republican programs: the drinking water supply program is 94% complete, and the modernization of treatment facilities is 95% complete.
