      While on duty, a distressed man approached the officers for help. He said that his 75-year-old mother had been working in the garden and had cut off the phalanx of the index finger on her hand.

      The traffic police transferred the woman into a patrol car. With the sirens and lights on, the crew delivered her to the hospital within minutes. One of the officers personally escorted the elderly woman to where she would receive care.

      Thanks to the officers’ quick reaction, medical assistance was provided in time, and surgeons successfully performed the operation.
