      The Antimonopoly Service of Tatarstan took tough measures against the Omsk company "ProfStandart", which was placed on the register of unscrupulous suppliers after a scandal over student training, the agency said on its Telegram channel.

      The company that won a three-million-ruble tender to train young people in vocational trades failed to provide quality education. Instead, students found themselves in the gym of a private school, where the necessary conditions for training were absent. The premises had no computers, internet, machines or basic tools such as chainsaws, which are needed for practical lessons.

      Moreover, the instructors were people without relevant professional education. This caused dissatisfaction and disappointment among students who had expected to gain real skills and knowledge. After the violations were identified, the contract with the company was immediately terminated. "ProfStandart" and its founders will now be unable to participate in public procurement for two years. Recall that developers' debt to banks in Tatarstan reached 243 billion rubles. This is the highest figure among all regions of the Volga region.
