The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has published a list of cars that can be used as taxis. In the MAX messenger the agency noted that the list was compiled based on the requirements of the taxi localization law. The initial list includes more than 20 models from six Russian brands:
Lada: Granta, Iskra, Vesta, Aura, Largus, Niva Legend, Niva Travel;
UAZ: Patriot, Hunter;
Sollers: SP7;
Evolute: I-PRO, I-JOY, I-SKY, I-JET, I-SPACE;
Voyah: Free, Dream, Passion;
Moskvich: 3, 3e, 6, 8.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade emphasized that the list will be regularly updated as new models from Russian brands and vehicles with localized production appear on the market.
