Twenty-six doctors from Tatarstan, winners of the republican contest "Doctor of the Year — Ak chäçäkler", will be sent to an internship in Singapore. The training program, for which 13.4 million rubles have been allocated, includes three stages: an introductory module in Kazan, a nine-day practicum in six leading clinics in Singapore, and final roundtables.
The doctors will study the organization of the Singapore healthcare system and learn to apply telemedicine, robotics and artificial intelligence. As part of the internship, observation of complex operations in the fields of transplantology, cardiac surgery, oncological surgery and neurosurgery is planned.
Upon their return, each participant will prepare a report with recommendations on implementing the acquired experience in Tatarstan's medical practice.
