      The Republic of Tatarstan has become one of Russia’s top regions in terms of the effectiveness of implementing the federal "Pushkin Card" program for youth.

      The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan received a prestigious award for significant achievements in implementing the federal "Pushkin Card" program. The award ceremony took place at the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, where the republic was recognized as one of the leaders among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the effectiveness of this project within the framework of the national "Family" project. Minister of Culture of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, in her speech, noted the program’s impact on the region’s cultural institutions. According to the minister, the project contributes to a better understanding of the needs of the younger generation and to the formation of a new audience for cultural institutions. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova expressed gratitude to the republic’s representatives for their productive work on implementing the program.

      Statistical data demonstrate high youth engagement in Tatarstan with the cultural development program. As of the results for the first half of 2025, more than 341,000 young residents of the republic had issued personal "Pushkin Cards," which testifies to a high interest in cultural events and activities among the younger generation. The successful implementation of the program contributes to forming cultural habits among youth and to the development of the region’s cultural infrastructure.
