"The Presidium of the Regional Political Council has decided to propose to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan, in accordance with the list of candidates for deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the VII convocation, approved by the decision of the XXXVI Conference dated June 25, 2024, the candidacies of Emil Fidailievich Gubaydullin and Igor Izmailovich Bikeev, registered candidates for deputies of the State Council of the RT, for filling the vacant deputy mandates of deputies of the State Council of the RT."
