If a person completely quits training and returns to unhealthy eating, they will revert to their original measurements. This was told to a correspondent of "Tatar-inform" by fitness trainer Sergey Litovchenko.
"You should not stop training in any case, but you can reduce the load and add more cardio: swim, cycle, and walk," the agency's interlocutor said.
Also, according to him, after losing weight a person can set a new goal.
"If a person has reached their goal and lost weight, they can set another goal for themselves, for example, to improve body quality. Thus, men can gain muscle mass, women can refine their legs, glutes, and abs," the fitness trainer added.
In addition, you can start pursuing other hobbies, Litovchenko believes.
"In my practice there have been cases when women, having lost weight, reduced the number of workouts and used the freed-up time to take dance classes. You can also go to yoga and work on the body's suppleness," the speaker concluded.
