Minnikhanov summed up the results of Tatarstan's participation in PMGF-2025.
At a republican meeting at the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov summed up the work of the republic’s delegation at the XIV St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF-2025), which took place in the Northern capital from October 8 to 10. As part of the forum, Minnikhanov held a number of meetings, took part in a plenary session and, via video link, participated in the ceremony connecting a new neighborhood of the village of Aldermysh in the Vysokogorsky District to the gas network. This was reported by the press service of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Rais of Tatarstan discussed further cooperation and the implementation of a number of projects in the republic with Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Management Committee of PJSC Gazprom. Tatarstan participated in the forum as a partner region. Minnikhanov highly praised the republic’s exposition, including the exhibition of industrial achievements, the national stand and the “Tatar Courtyard” organized by Tatpotrebsoyuz.
Also, on October 8–9 the first business forum “TIME: Russia — India. Mutual Efficiency” was held in Kazan, which gathered about 3,500 participants. The forum included 15 sessions, a plenary meeting, and the signing of 19 agreements, including arrangements between Spassky District and the Indian city of Agra. Minnikhanov noted the importance of cooperation with India in the fields of technology, medicine, pharmacology and innovation.
Tomorrow, October 12, Russia celebrates the Day of Workers of Agriculture and the Processing Industry. Minnikhanov congratulated workers of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) and instructed city and district leaders to pay special attention to industry veterans.
