The Hydrometeorological Center of Tatarstan reported unfavorable weather conditions expected in the republic on Sunday, October 12. According to forecasters, at night and during the day strong winds with gusts up to 15–17 m/s are possible in some areas of the region. Residents of Tatarstan are asked to be especially attentive and to observe safety measures. The Main Directorate of the Russian EMERCOM for the Republic of Tatarstan reminds: during windy conditions one should not stay near tall trees, advertising structures, power lines, or loosely secured objects. It is also not recommended to leave cars under trees or near unstable structures.
