On October 14, 2025, a zonal seminar was held at the MBDOU "Rodnichok" combined-type kindergarten.

      The zonal seminar held on October 14, 2025 at the MBDOU “Rodnichok” combined-type kindergarten in Bolgar (head of MBDOU “Rodnichok” combined-type kindergarten Peregudova S.G.) brought together methodologists overseeing preschool education, educators from preschool educational organizations, employees of road safety promotion departments of the Road Patrol Police (OGIBDD) of the OMVD of Russia, and prevention units of the State Budgetary Institution “Road Traffic Safety” from eight districts: Spassky, Alkeevsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Alekseevsky, Cheremshansky, Aksubayevsky, and Chistopolsky. The pupils of the “Rodnichok” kindergarten welcomed the guests with songs, dances and a stage performance under the direction of Beloglazova A.A., music director of the “Rodnichok” kindergarten. Opening remarks were made by Kirsanov Oleg Stepanovich, head of the territorial office of the State Budgetary Institution “Road Traffic Safety” in Nurlat; Solodyankina Elena Vasilevna, deputy head of the Municipal Education Department of the Executive Committee of the Spassky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan; and Velikov Ruslan Alievich, head of the OGIBDD of Spassky District, Republic of Tatarstan. Seminar participants discussed the topic “Organization of the educational environment in preschool institutions as a means of developing children’s cognitive interests and actions in the field of road safety” in methodological workshops. In the “Literacy Workshop” sessions with children were conducted by Filippova S.V. and Chegodaeva N.Yu., first-category educators of MBDOU “Rodnichok” combined-type kindergarten. The master classes “Interactive forms of work with children on traffic rules: from conversation to quest” and “Creating didactic games and aids on traffic rules with your own hands” were led for seminar participants by Osintseva V.N., educator at MBDOU kindergarten “Kolosok” in the workshop “Exploring the World of Road Signs,” and Koshkina M.V., educator at the “Teremok” kindergarten in the workshop “Very Skillful Hands.” In the animation studio “Kapitoshka” (“Tamchika”), Rakhimova G.R., educator at MBDOU “Rodnichok,” acquainted guests with the process of creating animated films and they watched a finished cartoon on road safety rules. A business game with parents, “Safe Route,” in the “Weekend” workshop was conducted by Makarova O.V. and Medvedeva Yu.V., educators of MBDOU “Rodnichok.” Seminar participants were presented with an exhibition of methodological developments on road safety titled “The Safe Road Begins Here.” The exhibition featured original methodological ideas and didactic aids on traffic rules for preschoolers: modern interactive didactic materials, models, traffic-rule cases, lapbooks, and props for role-playing games, presented by the kindergartens “Rodnichok,” “Antoshka,” “Teremok,” the kindergarten of Tri Ozera village, the preschool group of Antonovskaya Secondary School, and the kindergarten of the KIM settlement. Constructions made from various types of building sets under the theme “The City Through Children’s Eyes” were presented by preschools “Solnyshko” and “Rodnichok”; the project works “Defenders of the Fatherland: Courage and Steadfastness” (transport) and “Lego Construction and Robotics in the Study of Road Safety” were presented by the kindergartens “Antoshka,” “Rodnichok,” the kindergarten of Nikolskoye village, and the “Kolosok” kindergarten. Nikitina S.A., methodologist of the Municipal Education Department of the Executive Committee of the Spassky Municipal District, spoke about modern approaches to organizing the educational environment in preschools of the Spassky District in the context of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education (FGOS DO) for developing safe behavior skills on the roads. Methodologists and educators from Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Chistopolsky, Novosheshminsky districts and the city of Nurlat shared their experiences. In conclusion, seminar participants highly rated the seminar’s effectiveness and practical focus. Nikitina S.A. and Peregudova S.G. were awarded letters of appreciation and gifts from the OGIBDD of the OMVD of Russia for Spassky District and the State Budgetary Institution “Road Traffic Safety.” MBDOU “Rodnichok” received as gifts a child restraint seat for a parent with a small child and a multifunctional printer.
