      The Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan has instructed municipal heads to take personal responsibility for migrating building chats to the national messenger MAX. As First Deputy Minister Damir Shaidullin said at a meeting in the House of Government, by December 2025 all management companies must switch to the domestic messenger for communication with residents.

      At the moment chats in MAX have been migrated for only 1,277 apartment buildings out of 18,151 in the republic, which is 7.04%. In 13 districts the work has not started, in 29 municipalities the transition is underway, and in three districts it is fully completed. Shaidullin stressed the need to display QR codes and links for switching to the messenger.
