      Ilya Cherkashin, who previously headed the municipal unitary enterprise "Park of Culture and Recreation," has become the new director of the Road Enterprise. He replaced Marat Anisimov, who left the position in early October. Cherkashin is already familiar with PAD's work — he worked there from 2019 and progressed from chief mechanic to deputy director for transport and operations. After that he led the MUE "Park of Culture and Recreation" for almost four years. "He has proven himself to be a professional capable of organizing a team's work, making balanced decisions and achieving results. I am confident that under his leadership PAD will continue to develop effectively and carry out tasks important for the city," commented Farid Salahov, head of the executive committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, on the appointment. The MUE "Park of Culture and Recreation" also underwent a personnel change — the enterprise's director is now 38-year-old Artem Utkin. He has more than 11 years of managerial experience and previously held leadership positions at Soyuz-Logistics, RariTEK and Kazan-Shintorg.
