      The introduction of lean production under the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy” (federal project “Labor Productivity”) has a positive effect on work with personnel. Lean technologies allow companies to increase output and improve staff performance. Process modernization contributes to improving the quality of life of Russians. Successful implementation of the federal project “Labor Productivity” and the widespread adoption of lean technologies is largely ensured by the active stance of Russian companies. A key role in this process is played by their own internal corporate programs, which are specifically engaged in finding, supporting and implementing advanced technological and managerial solutions. These programs act as real “engines” of transformation, translating the general goals of the national project into the concrete language of sectoral and corporate tasks, especially in a sensitive area such as personnel management.

      The focus is shifting from one-off optimizations to the creation of a continuously operating “productivity ecosystem,” where employees become not just executors but a source of innovative ideas, and digital tools form the basis for making effective HR decisions.

      From 2025, companies implementing advanced technological solutions to transform HR and employee management will be selected and rewarded. One of the leading awards in the field of corporate innovation in Russia — the GenerationS Innovation Award, which fully corresponds to the goals and objectives of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy” — has launched a nomination that will include companies implementing innovations in HR processes.

      The nomination is intended to identify technological solutions capable of radically changing approaches to working with human capital. It concerns projects where the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation technologies leads to fundamental optimization of HR processes, the formation of a new quality of “employee experience,” and an effective impact on key business metrics such as labor productivity, operating margin and staff turnover.

      Participation in the special nomination is free; the application period opens on November 12 on the award website.
