      Last night at the 226th kilometer of the Kazan–Orenburg highway an 18-year-old Kia driver, who received his license two weeks ago, drove off the road at high speed into a ditch and overturned. As a result of the crash a 44-year-old passenger who was sitting in the back seat died at the scene. She was not wearing a seat belt.
