A video appeared on social networks yesterday showing two men with a hammer attacking a group in the courtyard of the Yuzhny Park residential complex in the Laishevsky District of Tatarstan. The footage shows one of the men being beaten with kicks and a hammer. During the inspection, police found that a verbal domestic dispute had arisen between neighbors of the residential complex, which escalated into a scuffle. The instigators of the fight were taken to the police station. "At present, an inquiry is being conducted in this case, based on the results of which a procedural decision will be made," the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan said.
