A meeting to sum up the results of the work on crime prevention in Aktanyshsky District was held with the participation of the winner of the republican program "Batyrlar".
In Aktanyshsky District, from October 28 to 30, 2025, a working group of the Government Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan for the prevention of offenses conducted a comprehensive study of the organization of work in this area. The winner of the republican program “Batyrlar,” Rustem Nigmatzyanov, took part in the field event.
The working group included representatives of various ministries and agencies, who familiarized themselves in detail with the activities of local actors in crime prevention. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the Comprehensive Programs for the Prevention of Offenses in Aktanyshsky District for 2023–2026.
Following the work carried out, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mukharram Ibyatov, held an expanded meeting with the participation of the district head Lenar Zaripov, the prosecutor of Aktanyshsky District Linar Ibragimov, representatives of crime prevention bodies and heads of rural settlements.
“Effective prevention of offenses is possible only through the coordinated work of all levels of government and the public. Our task is to build such interaction across the entire territory of the republic,” emphasized Mukharram Ibyatov during the meeting.
Rustem Nigmatzyanov has repeatedly participated in events organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. He specifically noted that Ministry staff demonstrate a sincere willingness to help and to promptly resolve arising issues in the republic’s municipal formations.
