Zainsk honored the memory of the former head of the district administration, Rinat Shaekhovich Fardiev. Twice a year, on his birthday and on his memorial day, his favorite melodies are performed by an accordion ensemble at the monument in the park.
Today representatives of the municipality, former colleagues and members of the district community once again gathered here. Deputy Head of the district Petr Urazaykin shared his memories of the outstanding leader, an Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and of the Russian Federation, and an Honorary Citizen of the Zainsky Municipal District.
Rinat Fardiev devoted 30 years of his life to our district, accumulating wide experience as the head of enterprises in both agriculture and industry. From 1999 until his final days he headed the administration of the Zainsky District and the town of Zainsk. This big-hearted man with a sensitive soul has been gone for 17 years. He left a kind legacy on Zainsk soil.
Fresh flowers were laid at the foot of the monument. Kind memories of Rinat Shaekhovich will be preserved in the hearts of Zainsk residents for many years.
