      In Tatarstan there remains harvest to be collected from 114 thousand hectares, of which 75.5 thousand hectares are occupied by sunflowers. Corn harvesting has been completed on 28.5 thousand hectares, which is 56% of the planned areas. The harvesting of sugar beets is also being completed: 1 million tons of raw material (40% of the gross harvest) have been delivered to sugar factories, 939 thousand tons have been processed, and 136 thousand tons of sugar have been produced.

      According to Rosstat, Tatarstan ranks 5th in the production of gross agricultural output in personal subsidiary plots, with an increase of 1% compared to 2023. In 2025, 597 million rubles were allocated for the development of personal subsidiary plots, of which 592 million rubles have been utilized. A decision was also made to allocate additional funds for the purchase of commercial and pedigree heifers and first-calf heifers (10 million rubles) and young poultry (5 million rubles).

      To support cooperation, subsidies covering from 10 to 50% of the costs are provided for the purchase of property, equipment and for the procurement of agricultural products. From 2025 it is planned to allocate 200 million rubles for the construction of feed centers. At the moment, 57 feed centers are operating in the republic.

      From 2026, approaches to state support for farmers and cooperatives will change, with an increase in the total amount of support from 652 to 718 million rubles. Grant support will also be introduced for participants of the special military operation to start their own agribusinesses, with grants of up to 7 million rubles.
