      On November 14, a regular meeting of the heads of educational organizations was held at Zainsk Polytechnic College, attended by the head of the district, Razif Karimov. The meeting was devoted to the development of the system of pre-profile training and profile education in the Zainsk district.

      There, the head of the district officially introduced the new head of the district's Department of Education, Milyausha Valiakhmetova, to school principals and kindergarten heads.

      "Today the choice of a future profession is especially important for young people, because society is undergoing significant changes in the rapidly developing digital economy. New specialties are emerging, work processes are changing. The current socio-economic situation requires specialists to have a high level of training and the ability to constantly learn and upgrade their qualifications throughout their lives. In 2023, a model of network interaction in the 'kindergarten–school–college–enterprises' system was created to carry out early career guidance for the children and youth of our district," Milyausha Valiakhmetova noted in her main report.

      Zainsk children’s introduction to the world of professions begins as early as kindergarten, and at school the children get the opportunity to immerse themselves more deeply in their chosen field with the participation of Zainsk Polytechnic College, universities and enterprises. A vivid example of this is the specialized classes. Thus, before the start of the meeting Razif Karimov spoke with students of the specialized energy class from School No. 4 who had come to the college for a lesson. Studying in the eighth grade, they have begun to discover the world of energy. The meeting set the direction for further work on building a continuous system of education and career guidance starting from the earliest age.
