      At the international Dubai Airshow in the United Arab Emirates, the import-substituted Ansat helicopter from the Kazan Helicopter Plant, equipped with domestic VK-650V engines, was presented abroad for the first time. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Helicopters holding, which is part of the state corporation Rostec.

      The helicopter was shown in a medical evacuation configuration, equipped with a medical module, resuscitation equipment, and an isolation box for transporting patients with infectious diseases. The modernized Ansat has an increased range of up to 800 kilometers with an auxiliary fuel tank and a modern autopilot. It is also highly maneuverable and capable of operating at temperatures up to +50 degrees Celsius.

      The CEO of Russian Helicopters, Nikolai Kolesov, said that the Ansat version is undergoing preliminary testing and preparation for certification. At present, more than 140 Ansat helicopters are in service, with a total flight time exceeding 150,000 hours.
