      This program is being implemented at the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and is aimed at supporting veterans and participants of the special military operation. It is the counterpart of the federal project "Time of Heroes." Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Oleg Korobchenko is the mentor of SVO veteran Aidar Saifutdinov. Earlier he had already familiarized himself with the activities of a participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity" — the management company "PZhKH", Kazancompressormash, the Kazan Helicopter Plant, the Kazan Aviation Plant, and the Network Company. This time he visited Kazan National Research Technical University and met with the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Ivan Kolchin.

      "I was incredibly lucky that my mentor became Oleg Vladimirovich Korobchenko, and I want to express my gratitude to the entire leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for accepting me into their team and taking the time to introduce me to all components of the ministry's work. Special thanks to Ivan Petrovich Kolchin for the extensive knowledge he shared, which I need for my project work," Aidar said. "At KAI they explained to me in detail what consists of what and how it is put together. With the help of the university representatives and following their advice, we will successfully create and complete the project work.

      All that will remain for me is to prove in practice that I am ready to work for the benefit of the republic, and to justify the choice of my candidacy by showing results."
