      The decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin. Payments are assigned proportionally to teaching load and hours worked.

      Young teachers of vocational education institutions will receive the payments. The document applies to legal relations arising from September 1, 2025.

      Until 2025, the amount of incentive payments had remained unchanged since 2018.
